Get to know Your Home Center Manager! Elisa brings years of Clayton Homes experience, from Arizona to Colorado to Las Vegas. Passionate about EnergySmart Zero® homes and customer care, she is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve confident, attainable homeownership!

Elisa has been proudly building a career with Clayton Homes since 2019, and her passion for helping families achieve homeownership shines through every step of her journey. She began her Clayton career in Arizona as a Sales Consultant, where she developed a strong foundation in customer care, attainable housing solutions, and Clayton’s commitment to quality-built homes designed for real life!
She later moved to Colorado, where she joined the nation’s #1 Clayton Homes store as a Sales Coordinator. During this time, the team helped countless individuals and families become homeowners, and fostered a culture rooted in teamwork, service, and results.
When Clayton Homes opened a startup store, Elisa stepped in to support the new location working directly in sales before earning a leadership position at the Las Vegas Home Center. Today, she brings experience, deep product knowledge, and a customer-first approach to the Las Vegas community. Elisa genuinely believes in the product, the process, and the people behind the homes. Her goal is simple: to guide every customer with honesty, clarity, and confidence on their path to homeownership, whether they’re buying their first home or their forever home.

In her words: I'm excited to continue serving the Las Vegas community, I absolutely adore what I do and can't wait to help the next homeowner!! Outside of work, I live an active lifestyle. Being originally from Estonia and a former Division I tennis player, I now enjoy indoor spin cycling and staying busy with my 7 year old dog Nala! In my free time, I love exploring Las Vegas’s local businesses, cheering on the Raiders and learning more about the desert!
